How to reset your pre-payment plan
If your pre-payment has failed, you may need to reset it. Depending on how many times the payment has failed, we will try to take the payment again at a later date. If we're unable to take the payment, you will be notified by email. Please check your junk folder. You can reset your payment plan in Kaboodle account using the following steps:
You can identify your pre-payment plan booking as it will have a “This booking require attention” notification.
· Select “View pre-payment plan” on your booking.
· A notification will appear at the top of the booking confirming the overdue balance with the option to “Pay now”, select the “pay now” option.
· Fill in your card details. If you are viewing on a mobile device this may require you to scroll down. Enter the details of the card you wish to be linked with the pre-payment plan. The payment amount will be for the total of your missed payment(s). Select “Pay now”.
· Once payment has been processed successfully you will be redirected to the booking overview.
· Your pre-payment plan is now reset. You can view all future payments on the “Pre-payment plan” tab of your booking.
