Are payment plans available?
Payment plans are available, you can select this option at checkout prior to entering your card details.
A deposit payment will need to be made at the point of purchase; your remaining outstanding balance will then be split equally across the remaining months of the payment plan. Each payment will be taken automatically on the same date each month, from the card used to make your deposit payment. For example, if you make a booking on the 1st January all future payments will be taken on the 1st of each month.
Please note that the payment plan is linked to your card, not your bank account. If you receive a new card then you will need to update your payment details to avoid failed payments.
You can view your payment plan at any time by logging into your Kaboodle account.
Can I change the name on my booking?
Yes, if you wish to process a name change we will require the following details for the replacement player:
- Name
- Contact Number
Please be aware there is a £30 admin fee to process this change.
Once the details are updated a secure payment link will be sent via text message to the replacement player for the admin fee. If you would like us to send the link to yourself please specify in the email you send. To proceed with a name change you will need to contact the email address provided on your booking confirmation. Please include all relevant information, including your booking reference.
Can I cancel my booking?
Please see the cancellation policy as outlined in section 5.3 of the Terms and Conditions agreed to when making the initial purchase.
- Deposits are non-refundable or transferable.
- Cancellation made before the Full Fee Date (payment deadline) - Deposit non-refundable, additional payments can be refunded.
- Cancellation made after the Full Fee Date (payment deadline) - Booking non-refundable, possible to find a replacement player with a £30 admin fee to process.
- Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the Vacation- Booking non-refundable, not possible to replace player.
Your cancellation rate will depend on when you notify Deep Dish of your cancellation, official cancellation time will be from when the email is received. It's also possible to replace a player to take over you place as listed above.
To proceed with cancellation you will need to contact the email address provided on your booking confirmation. Please include all relevant information, including your booking reference.

In order to make sure we can help you as quickly as possible, please can you contact us from the email address used for the booking (if possible) and include your booking reference and contact number along with any other relevant info.
