When will I received my tickets?

You will receive your e-tickets separately and within 14 days of your booking being made.

If you have not received your e-tickets 2 days before the event or misplace them, then you can login to your online account to download them.


Are payment plans available?

No, all booking must be paid in full at the point of purchase.


Can I change the name on my booking?

The name on the ticket does not need to match the ID of the person using it. If you can no longer attend or want to gift your ticket to someone else you can simply pass this on.

Please be aware each QR code is unique and can only be scanned once.


Can I cancel my booking?

Tickets are non-refundable, there is no cooling off period. Full terms and conditions can be found here.


Can I change the date of my booking?

If you would like to change the date of your booking then we can gladly look into this for you, please contact us on details provided below. Be aware all changes are subject to availability and not guaranteed.

In order to make sure we can help you as quickly as possible, please can you contact us from the email address used for the booking (if possible) and include your booking reference and contact number along with any other relevant info.
