How is Snowbombing sold?

Snowbombing is sold per person. This means that each member of your group will have access to their own online dashboard, where they add extras and make payments towards their own individual balance.


How can I pay for Snowbombing?

We would recommend that you set up a payment plan to pay off your Snowbombing place. Setting up a payment plan means that your outstanding balance will be paid off through monthly installments taken automatically on the same date each month. Once the payment plan is set up there is nothing more that you need to do, making it the easiest way to pay off your balance. Please note that each guest will need to have their own individual payment plan set up.


If you would rather make manual payments then you can do so by logging into your online dashboard, but please note that payments must be made in line with the deadlines which are outlined within the terms and conditions agreed to at the point of purchase.


Can I buy a festival ticket without accomodation?

Festival tickets are included in the cost of accommodation. The only way to secure a wristband is to book accommodation directly through the Snowbombing website. Wristband only tickets may go on sale at a later date, but this is not guaranteed and wouldn't be until much closer to the date of the event. To avoid disappointment we recommend getting booked on as soon as possible!


What kind of accommodation is available?

We sell various accommodations, including hotel rooms and apartments, situated across 3 different locations - Mayrhofen Central, Mayrhofen Districts, and the Zillertal Valley. Each accommodation is sold per person so it is important that you book a room/apartment that matches your group size. Please note that apartments are un-named and will be allocated closer to the time of the event, images displayed on the website are taken from several apartments to provide an insight into what you can expect.


What is an Austrian Twin bed?

An Austrian twin is one bedframe with two single mattresses and two single duvets. This is standard in Austria and it is very rare that you will find a twin room with 2 individual single beds.


How do I cancel my booking?

If you would like to cancel the full booking the named lead guest will need to get in touch with our customer service team on customerservice@snowbombing.com. Cancellation will be subject to the cancellation charges outlined in the terms and conditions agreed to at the point of purchase.

If you would like to process a partial cancellation, the named lead guest will need to get in touch to confirm who can no longer attend. Cancellation of their place(s) will be subject to the terms and conditions agreed to at the point of purchase. We will also need to amend your accommodation to suit the new group size, this is subject to availability and may affect the cost per person. Relevant options will be discussed further with the lead guest, before any change are made to the bookijng.

Alternatively, instead of processing a cancellation, it is possible to change the name of the guest should you know anyone who wants to attend. Name changes cost £30 each. Processing a name change would mean that all money paid remains on the booking and there would be no need to downsize the accommodation booked.


How can I change the name on my booking?

To process a name change please email customerservice@snowbombing.com. You will need to confirm the name of the person who can no longer attend, along with the following details for the new person:

  • full name
  • email address
  • contact number
  • DOB
  • next of kin details (name and number)

Name changes cost £30, a payment link for this amount will be sent via SMS to the new guest.


Can I change my accommodation?

Yes, accommodation can be changed, subject to availability. All available options can be viewed on the Snowbombing website. To change accommodation, the named lead guest will need to email customerservice@snowbombing.com with your preferred option. Subject to availability, our team will amend your booking accordingly. Please note that there is a £30 charge to change accommodation.


Are payment plans available?

Payment plans are available, you can select this option at checkout prior to entering your card details.

A deposit payment will need to be made at the point of purchase; your remaining outstanding balance will then be split equally across the remaining months of the payment plan. Each payment will be taken automatically on the same date each month, from the card used to make your deposit payment. For example, if you make a booking on the 1st January all future payments will be taken on the 1st of each month.

Please note that the payment plan is linked to your card, not your bank account. If you receive a new card then you will need to update your payment details to avoid failed payments.

Can I change the name on my booking?

It is possible to change the name on your booking. To process a name change we need the lead guest to email us directly with the new passenger's details. There is a £30 name change fee per person.

Please provide us with the name of the passenger no longer attending. We also require the following details for the new passenger:

  • Full Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Passport Details (Number, Nationality, Expiry Date, Country of Issue)
  • Emergency Contact Name and Telephone Number

Upon receipt of all the above information the name change will be made against the booking. We will not issue any refunds to you as all money for the place must be settled by between both parties directly. A payment link for the name change fee will be sent to the new passenger, via text message. If you would like to pay the fee instead, then please confirm in your reply and provide a valid mobile number.

All name changes once complete are final. There is a deadline for name changes which will be confirmed closer to the event, please send all details over as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

How can I cancel my booking?

All cancellation requests need to be put in writing. You will be contacted and advised of the cancellation charges that will apply. For more details see the Terms & Conditions which can be found on your confirmation email.

It is also possible to change the name on your booking, for a fee.

To proceed with a cancellation or a name change you will need to contact the email address provided on your booking reference. Please include all relevant information, including your booking reference


When will I receive my tickets?

Tickets will be sent out via email within 7 days of the event. Your ticket will be available as a PDF attached to an email.

Emails can be redirected so please check your junk/spam folder. PDF tickets can be downloaded onto your smartphone and scanned directly. You can also print off your tickets to be scanned at the event.

Please be aware each QR code can only be scanned once.

It is possible to download your ticket from the customer dashboard within 7 days of the event. Log into your customer dashboard here and find your ticket by selecting the event under “future bookings."
