Are payment plans available?
Payment plans are available.
A deposit payment will need to be made at the point of purchase; your remaining outstanding balance will then be split equally across the remaining months of the payment plan. Each payment will be taken automatically on the same date each month, from the card used to make your deposit payment. For example, if you make a booking on the 1st January all future payments will be taken on the 1st of each month.
Please note that the payment plan is linked to your card, not your bank account. If you receive a new card then you will need to update your payment details to avoid failed payments.

Can I change the name on my booking?
If you would like to pass your ticket onto someone else then we will need to process a name change on the booking.
To enable us to do this, please get back in touch with the following information for the new person:
- Full name
- Email address
Please note that name changes will not be possible after you have claimed your ticket.
Can I cancel my booking?
Bookings are non-refundable as per the terms and conditions agreed to at the time of booking. If you were to cancel then you would lose all money paid to date.
If you opted to add refund protection to your booking at the point of purchase then you do have the option to apply for a refund. Refund protection is provided by a third party called Ticketplan and the outcome of your application will be subject to their terms and conditions and at their discretion. Alternatively, if you would like to pass your ticket onto someone else then you are welcome to pass the ticket onto someone else without the need to inform us. Please be aware that each ticket has a unique QR code which will only scan once at the event, so be sure not to duplicate them.
Please note that bookings cannot be separated, all tickets will be sent to the lead guest.
To proceed with cancellation or a name change you will need to contact the email address provided on your booking reference. Please include all relevant information, including your booking reference
When will I receive my tickets?
A link to claim your tickets will be sent out via email once your booking is fully paid. Using these links you can claim your ticket in the AccessTicket App.
You can find information about how to claim and register your ticket here. Please note that you will not be able to do this until your booking has been paid for in full.

In order to make sure we can help you as quickly as possible, please can you contact us from the email address used for the booking (if possible) and include your booking reference and contact number along with any other relevant info.
