Are payment plans available?

Yes! you can select this option at checkout prior to entering your card details.

A deposit payment will need to be made at the point of purchase; your remaining outstanding balance will then be split equally across the remaining months of the payment plan. Each payment will be taken automatically on the same date each month, from the card used to make your deposit payment. For example, if you make a booking on the 1st January all future payments will be taken on the 1st of each month.

Please note that the payment plan is linked to your card, not your bank account. If you receive a new card then you will need to update your payment details to avoid failed payments.

You can view your payment plan at any time, on your online dashboard, by logging in here.

All payments are non-refundable in line with terms and conditions agreed to.


Can I change the name on my booking?

Yes, if you would like to process a name change on your booking then please head to your Kaboodle account and follow the below steps. If you are unsure of your password, this can be reset on the login page.


  1. Once you are logged into your Kaboodle account, you will need to click on "manage booking".
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on "Want to change something?".
  3. Select the checkbox next to the current ticketholder's name.
  4. Please ensure that you read the name change information provided on the page before clicking on "Enter new details".
  5. Click on "Enter new details".
  6. Input details of the new ticketholder and review this before proceeding.
  7. Click "Add to basket".
  8. Click "Checkout".
  9. You will now reach the payment page, before proceeding to complete payment of the £20 name change fee please ensure you have read the information provided in full.
  10. Once payment has been made, the name change is complete.
  11. The e-ticket will be re-issued in the new person's name. You must send this to the new ticket holder.

How can I cancel my booking?

Bookings are non-refundable as per the terms and conditions agreed to at the time of booking. If you were to cancel then you would lose all money paid to date.

If you opted to add refund protection to your booking at the point of purchase then you do have the option to apply for a refund. Refund protection is provided by a third party called Ticketplan and the outcome of your application will be subject to their terms and conditions and at their discretion. Alternatively, if you would like to process a name change on your booking then please head to your Kaboodle account and follow the steps as listed above.

To proceed with cancellation please confirm via email to the address below. Please include all relevant information, including your booking reference.


When will I receive my tickets?

Tickets will be sent out via email within 7 days of the event. Your ticket will be available as a PDF attached to a email.

Emails can be redirected so please check your junk/spam folder. PDF tickets can be downloaded onto your smartphone and scanned directly. You can also print off your tickets to be scanned at the event.

Please be aware each QR code can only be scanned once.

It is possible to download your ticket from the customer dashboard within 7 days of the event. Log into your customer dashboard here and find your ticket by selecting the event under “upcoming bookings”.

In order to make sure we can help you as quickly as possible, please can you contact us from the email address used for the booking (if possible) and include your booking reference and contact number along with any other relevant info.
