Tickets
When will I receive my e-tickets?
Tickets will be dispatched via email to you no later than one week before the event. Please check your junk/spam folder as these can be redirected.
Tickets can also be downloaded directly from your Kaboodle account. You can view your booking and confirmation via the dashboard. Tickets will appear online no later than one week before the event
It is not possible to send tickets out early but you should have a confirmation email of your order which is sent as soon as the booking is complete.
Does the name on the ticket need to match the ID of the person using it?
Yes, you will not be able to access Boomtown unless the name on your ticket matches your ID. You must be over 18 to attend.

I’ve entered my email address incorrectly, how can I fix this?
Please email us with the correct details.
Make sure to include your booking reference, name on the booking, contact number, date of birth and last 4 digits of the payment card. This information is required for GDPR and will allow us to correct your email as quickly as possible.

Name Changes
Can I change the name on my booking?
Yes, if you would like to process a name change on your booking then please head to your Kaboodle account and follow the below steps. If you are unsure of your password, this can be reset on the login page.
- Once you are logged into your Kaboodle account, you will need to click on "manage booking".
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on "Want to change something?".
- Select the checkbox next to the current ticketholder's name.
- Please ensure that you read the name change information provided on the page before clicking on "Enter new details".
- Click on "Enter new details".
- Input details of the new ticketholder and review this before proceeding.
- Click "Add to basket".
- Click "Checkout".
- You will now reach the payment page, before proceeding to complete payment of the £20 name change fee please ensure you have read the information provided in full.
- Once payment has been made, the name change is complete.
- The e-ticket will be re-issued in the new person's name. You must send this to the new ticket holder.
Someone has changed a ticket into my name, how can I access this?
We have sent a new ticket, in your name, to the original lead guest. It is their responsibility to pass this onto you. If they cannot locate the ticket then please ask them to check their junk folder or download a copy from their Kaboodle account.
If this is a Green Transport Citizenship Ticket then please ensure that you are also provided with the corresponding transport ticket.
I’ve processed a name change but there is a typo/mis-spelling, how can I fix this?
Please have the original ticket purchaser email us with the correct spelling that needs updating on the ticket. Our contact email can be found below.
Please note, we can only correct mis-spellings/typos, it is not possible to process more than one name change per ticket.
Can I process more than one name change?
No, tickets can only be transferred once to another person. This is an anti-touting measure.
Wednesday Entry
Can I still purchase Wednesday Entry?
Yes Wednesday Entry is available as an additional extra via your Kaboodle account.
If you have purchased a Public Transport Entry Ticket and selected Wednesday transport, Wednesday entry will be included.
Please do not purchase Wednesday upgrades from anyone else or an unofficial source. All tickets must be in the name of the person who intends to use them. It is not possible to process a name change against a Wednesday upgrade, therefore it will be invalid and you will not be able to enter the event.
I have a Public Transport Entry ticket, can I arrive on Wednesday?
Your Public Transport Entry ticket will give you access to Boomtown on the date your public transport is booking.
If you have purchased transport arriving on Wednesday 7th August and have a Green Transport ticket you will be given access to the event on this date.
Can I give my Wednesday Upgrade to someone else?
The name on the ticket and Wednesday upgrade need to match the ID to gain access to Boomtown on Wednesday.
It is not possible to update the name on a Wednesday Upgrade, for this reason please do not pass this part of your ticket onto someone else as it will not be valid for entry.
Transport
I have my ticket, how do I purchase a Shuttle Bus?
You can add a shuttle bus from Winchester Train Station to your booking via your Kaboodle account. Log into you account, click "manage booking", select the "add transport" tab and choose your date of travel.
Transport will go off sale shortly before the event so please purchase as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
I have my ticket, how do I purchase a Parking Pass?
Parking passes are available as an additional extra via your Kaboodle account.

Cancellation
How can I cancel my booking?
Bookings are non-refundable as per the terms and conditions agreed to at the time of booking. If you were to cancel then you would lose all money paid to date.
If you opted to add refund protection to your booking at the point of purchase then you do have the option to apply for a refund. Refund protection is provided by a third party called Ticketplan and the outcome of your application will be subject to their terms and conditions and at their discretion. Alternatively, if you would like to process a name change on your booking then please head to your Kaboodle account and follow the steps as listed in the name change section above.
To proceed with cancellation please confirm via email to the address below. Please include all relevant information, including your booking reference.
Pre-Payment Plans
Are pre-payment plans available?
You can select this option at checkout prior to entering your card details.
A deposit payment will need to be made at the point of purchase; your remaining outstanding balance will then be split equally across the remaining months of the payment plan. Each payment will be taken automatically on the same date each month, from the card used to make your deposit payment. For example, if you make a booking on the 1st January all future payments will be taken on the 1st of each month.
Please note that the pre-payment plan is linked to your card, not your bank account. If you receive a new card then you will need to update your payment details to avoid failed payments.
You can view your pre-payment plan at any time, on your Kaboodle account.
All payments are non-refundable in line with terms and conditions agreed to.
I have missed my payment but I still want to go, can I reinstate my booking?
If your booking has been cancelled due to non-payment, it may be possible to reinstate your booking but please bear in mind that this is subject to availability.

Please note if your request to reinstate is granted, you will need to clear the full outstanding balance immediately.
