Need help with your booking?

In the first instance, please refer to your booking confirmation and your customer account for all information related to your booking. Your customer account will have all your booking details and will allow you to download confirmations, e-tickets (when available) as well as add extra items and amend payment plans.

Most event organisers have their own customer service email which you will find on your booking confirmation, or on the event contact page on the event website.

The Help Centre should have all the information you need to answer any questions you might have. If you can't find the information you want, please fill out our contact form here, ensuring you add in your booking reference where you know this.
