When will I received my tickets?

Your tickets will be available via the AXS app within 24 hours of the date of the event.

They will not appear in the app yet, so if you have been unable to locate them there is no need to worry. You will be notified once they are available.

Are payment plans available?

Yes! you can select this option at checkout prior to entering your card details.

A deposit payment will need to be made at the point of purchase; your remaining outstanding balance will then be split equally across the remaining months of the payment plan. Each payment will be taken automatically on the same date each month, from the card used to make your deposit payment. For example, if you make a booking on the 1st January all future payments will be taken on the 1st of each month.

Please note that the payment plan is linked to your card, not your bank account. If you receive a new card then you will need to update your payment details to avoid failed payments.

All payments are non-refundable in line with terms and conditions agreed to.

Can I change the name on my booking?

It is not possible to change the name on your booking but you can transfer your ticket to someone else.

The ticket transfer option will become available 30 days before your event. Once activated, you will be able to use the ‘Transfer’ option within ‘My Tickets’.

The transferee must have an AXS account associated with the email address you are sending to. Please double-check you are sending to the correct email address, as ticket transfers cannot be undone once sent.

Once tickets have been transferred, you will receive a notification by email. The transferee will then be able to view their tickets in the app, provided they sign in with that same email address.

Please note that screenshots of tickets will not be accepted for entry, as the QR code on your ticket refreshes every 59 seconds.

Can I cancel my booking?

Bookings are non-refundable as per the terms and conditions agreed to at the time of booking. If you were to cancel then you would lose all money paid to date.

If you opted to add refund protection to your booking at the point of purchase then you do have the option to apply for a refund. Refund protection is provided by a third party called Ticketplan and the outcome of your application will be subject to their terms and conditions and at their discretion. To proceed with cancellation or a name change you will need to contact the email address provided on your booking confirmation. Please include all relevant information, including your booking reference
