Can I set up a pre-payment plan?

If pre-payment plans are available for the event in question then you will be able to select this option at check out, prior to entering your card details. You will be charged a deposit at the time of booking and the remainder of your balance will be paid via monthly installments.


How do I pay the next instalment on my pre-payment plan?

There is nothing that you need to do. Each payment will be taken automatically on the same date each month until your balance is paid off in full. The payment plan is linked to the card that was used to make your initial deposit payment. To view your payment plan in more detail, please log into your online dashboard here. Please avoid making manual payments as they don't automatically link to your pre-payment plan balance.


How to reset your pre-payment plan

If your pre-payment has failed, you may need to reset it. Depending on how many times the payment has failed, we will try to take the payment again at a later date. If we're unable to take the payment, you will be notified by email. Please check your junk folder. You can reset your payment plan in your account using the following steps:

You can identify your pre-payment plan booking as it will have a “This booking require attention” notification.

·        Select “View pre-payment plan” on your booking.

·        A notification will appear at the top of the booking confirming the overdue balance with the option to “Pay now”, select the “pay now” option.

·        Fill in your card details. If you are viewing on a mobile device this may require you to scroll down. Enter the details of the card you wish to be linked with the pre-payment plan. The payment amount will be for the total of your missed payment(s). Select “Pay now”.

·        Once payment has been processed successfully you will be redirected to the booking overview.

·        Your pre-payment plan is now reset. You can view all future payments on the “Pre-payment plan” tab of your booking.


How to change your payment card

·        Log into your customer dashboard.

·        Select “View Booking” on the relevant event.

·        Select “Manage Pre-Payment Plan” or select the “Pre-Payment Plan” tab at the top of the booking overview.

·        Scroll down to the Payment Card section and select “Change Payment Card”.

·        Fill out your new card details and select “Update Card Details”.

All future payments will automatically be taken from the new card details in line with the pre-payment plan dates.


IMPORTANT: If your pre-payment plan is in an error state then the option to change your card details will not be available. The pre-payment plan will attempt to take the missed payment 3 times. After the 3rd attempt you can then log into your booking and pay the missing payment. Use your new card to make this payment and link it with your pre-payment plan for any future instalments.


How to change my pre-payment plan date

·        Log into your customer dashboard.

·        Select “View Booking” on the relevant event.

·        Select “Manage Pre-Payment Plan” or select the “Pre-Payment Plan” tab at the top of the booking overview.

·        Under the section “Actions” select the “Change Payment Date”.

·        You will have the option of selecting the “1st”, “Last day of the month” or a “Specific day”. If choosing a “specific day” you will then need to select the specific date you want payments to be taken, this will be the same for each remaining month of your pre-payment plan.

·        Select “Show new pre-payment plan” to generate a preview of all future instalments of your pre-payment plan.

·        Select “Save & Update” to confirm your new pre-payment date.


IMPORTANT: If your pre-payment plan is in an error state then the option to change your payment date will not be available. The pre-payment plan will attempt to take the missed payment 3 times. After the 3rd attempt you can then log into your booking and pay the missing payment. Once paid you can amend the payment date for all future instalments.
